Monica Rodriguez

Monica brings over 12 years of experience strengthening education systems and increasing equitable access for underserved communities. Her prior work at the Mayor's Office in Detroit and at the national research organization MDRC focused on spearheading initiatives that expanded high-quality learning opportunities through strategic program development and multi-sector collaboration.

Monica holds a M.Ed in Urban Pedagogy from the University of Michigan and a B.A in Organizational Communication from the University of Southern California.
