Brooke Albert

Brooke Albert joins ECIC as the Senior Director of Equity and Leadership, bringing over fifteen years of experience in social service program and system development. With a focus on restorative leadership and a deep commitment to honoring human dignity, she is passionate about creating inclusive, equitable systems. Brooke’s journey began with her involvement in the local Great Start Family Coalition, where she witnessed firsthand the powerful impact of family and parent leadership. In this role, she saw how courageous family leaders across the state united to advocate for meaningful change at the local, state, and national levels.

Brooke’s core values—bravery, connection, healing, and justice—drive her passion for sharing power with family and parent leaders to take a central role in system change. She believes in their power to influence decision-making and is dedicated to ensuring their voices are heard at every table. Throughout her career, Brooke has embodied a human-centered, results-focused approach to leadership, fostering collaborative spaces that center the perspectives of those most affected by decisions. Drawing on her years of experience as a restorative practitioner, she has partnered with local, state, and national organizations to promote positive change in early childhood systems.
